       Account & Profile Information: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and any other information you provide when creating an account or profile.

       Purchase & Billing Information: billing name, billing address, and payment details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full payment card numbers on our servers.

       Course & App Inputs: any content you submit while using the Services, including responses to worksheets, materials uploaded for review (e.g., resumes, job descriptions), inputs to our software applications, and outputs generated through the apps.

       Communications: messages you send to us via email, contact forms, or customer support, including any attachments.

       Testimonials & Surveys: any feedback, testimonials, or survey responses you provide voluntarily.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

       Usage Data: information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, time spent, click paths, referral source, and engagement events.

       Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language preferences, and time-zone settings.

       Cookies & Similar Technologies: we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Services and improve your experience. See Section 7 for details.

       Payment Processor: we receive transaction confirmations and limited billing information from Stripe.

       Email & Analytics Provider: we receive engagement data (open rates, click-through, list status, etc.) from Pipeline Pro.

       Public Sources: where applicable and permitted, information from professional networking platforms or publicly available sources.

When we no longer have a lawful basis or business need to retain your data, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
